Return Process

  Log into your Kingsong account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure full credit eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
